Job Description

Electro-Mechanical Assembler responsible for assembling, wiring, soldering, testing, and inspecting electro-mechanical products and subassemblies in a production environment. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Technical training preferred 1-3 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience, or entry-level training in electro-mechanical assembly Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, work instructions, and bills of materials Basic soldering skills Familiarity with ESD practices and controlled environments Ability to assemble electronic and mechanical components and subassemblies to engineering and quality standards Ability to perform wiring, cable harnessing, soldering, and mechanical assembly tasks Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment Ability to conduct in-process inspections and functional testing Ability to identify and report defects, non-conformances, and process issues Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to perform fine manipulation and detailed assembly work Ability to lift up to 25-40 pounds as needed Preferred Skills

certification Experience in SMT assembly Experience in through-hole assembly Experience in box build assembly Experience with testing and troubleshooting assemblies Experience working in manufacturing or production floor environments Experience supporting Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives Experience maintaining 5S work areas Job Responsibilities Assemble electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and final products following work instructions and drawings Perform wiring, cable harnessing, soldering, and mechanical assembly tasks Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and bills of materials Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment Conduct in-process inspections and functional testing Identify and report defects, non-conformances, and process issues Maintain ESD compliance and proper handling of sensitive components Support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards Meet daily production targets and quality expectations
Pay:
