In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring the smooth flow of production processes within a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with assembly lines, and familiarity with factory operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing outputs while developing valuable skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate and monitor assembly line equipment to ensure efficient production flow. Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and safely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to meet safety standards. Assist with loading and unloading materials using forklifts or warehouse equipment. Perform routine inspections of machinery and report any malfunctions or safety concerns. Support the setup and adjustment of machinery for different production runs. Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure product consistency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines. Requirements Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment. Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly line processes. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklift equipment safely. Warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
