Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assembly line operations and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to work effectively with hand tools and power tools. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Duties Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the assembly area. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in training new employees on assembly procedures as needed. Qualifications Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing practices. Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting assembly issues. Ability to operate forklifts is a plus, but not mandatory. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
