• 6:30 PM Job Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleanroom Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Devens, MA .

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, or cleanroom experience who enjoy hands-on work and want to support the production of products used in the medical industry. In this role, you will assemble, inspect, clean, and package products while following strict quality and cleanroom procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assemble products following work instructions, engineering drawings, and standard operating procedures. Clean, inspect, and package finished products. Follow cleanroom protocols and quality standards. Complete production documentation accurately. Perform self-inspections to ensure product quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Return unused materials to inventory following proper procedures. Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards. Work safely while wearing required cleanroom PPE. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Cleanroom experience is a plus. Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring tools. Comfortable reading work instructions and following detailed procedures. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work well in a team environment. Basic Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for up to 95% of the shift. Ability to perform physically demanding work. Must be comfortable wearing cleanroom PPE, including a hair cover, gloves, face mask, safety glasses, and composite toe safety shoes throughout the shift.
