Job Description

We are actively recruiting for an Assembler for a manufacturing company in Harvard, MA. The responsibilities will be to assemble and test mechanical and electrical subsystems and components - training provided.
Responsibilities:
Assemble various products / follow assembly procedures, resulting in less than 1% of reworks/returns through testing process Maintain high quality soldering standards Visually inspect parts during assembly Notify supervisor of defective parts or assembly issues Verify parts are correct in the build Recommend improvement and implement changes in assembly procedures Sand circuits for assembly, as needed
Requirements:
High School or equivalent (GED) A minimum of 6 months assembly, with soldering experience preferred Excellent attention to detail and hand/eye coordination This is a full-time position Mon-Fri from 7AM-4:00PM or 8AM-4:30PM. The pay is $20-24/hr depending on experience .
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
