Full Job Description Duties:

• Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
• Operate power tools and hand tools to remove rust, paint, and other debris from surfaces
• Fabricate or repair metal parts as needed
• Apply powder coating materials using spraying equipment
• Ensure proper coverage and thickness of powder coating on surfaces
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve desired results
• Use lifting equipment to move large or heavy parts for coating
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assembly of product

Skills:

• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material quantities
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent hand-eye coordination for precise application of powder coating materials
