We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Food Production Line Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, packaging, and quality control of food products. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains high standards of hygiene and safety, and works well in a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities Assembly & Processing:

Efficiently perform repetitive tasks on the production line, such as sorting, mixing, measuring, or assembling food items according to specific recipes or guidelines.

Packaging:

Operate packaging machinery or manually package finished products into boxes, bags, or containers for shipment.

Quality Control:

Visually inspect products and packaging to ensure they meet quality, weight, and labeling standards. Report any defects or inconsistencies to the supervisor immediately.

Sanitation:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adhere to strict Food Safety and Modernization Act (FSMA) guidelines, including regular handwashing and wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like hairnets and gloves.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents and ensure the safe operation of production equipment.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or a warehouse environment is a plus but not required (willing to train the right candidate).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 40 lbs. comfortably. Attention to

Precision in measuring ingredients and identifying packaging errors.

Adaptability:

Ability to work in varying temperatures (e.g., refrigerated or heated environments) depending on the product line.

Teamwork:

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward coworkers.

Bilingual :

1st 6:00 AM - 2:30
