Job Description
Our Finishing Department is seeking an experienced Finisher to join our team. This position is available full-time or part-time, and we are open to a flexible work schedule for the right candidate. Full-time hours are Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM-4:00 PM; Friday, 6:30 AM-12:00 PM. Responsibilities Work independently in a production shop environment Operate a variety of spray systems, including Kremlin Air-Assisted Airless, cup guns, and HVLP Spray conversion varnish, lacquers, paints, water-based finishes, and stains Perform color matching and toning Lift and move cabinetry and millwork as required Complete final assembly and packaging of finished cabinetry and millwork Maintain a clean, organized finishing area and spray booth Assist in other production areas as needed Requirements Prior professional finishing experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift and handle heavy cabinetry. Compensation & Benefits $25-$30 per hour depending on experience. Full-time benefits available.
