Cable Assembler - 1st Shift

Our client is looking for a Cable Assembler. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to building high-quality connectors and cable assemblies for RF and Microwave products. In this role, you will be assembling, inspecting, and testing cable assemblies to ensure they meet rigorous specifications, contributing to the production of top-tier RF and microwave components. You will work closely with the assembly supervisor, Quality Assurance, and Process Engineering to ensure product quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include preparing work, assembling connectors and parts, operating tools and equipment, performing inspections, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30

PM Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of RF-related and/or mechanical assembly experience (preferred) Cable assembly experience is highly desired Basic math skills Ability to work with hand tools and semi-automated tools/fixtures Ability to work from product drawings, written, and verbal instructions Ability to lift 50 pounds Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with electrical and mechanical test and inspection equipment Think you know someone who'd be perfect for this role?
