Aluminum and Panel Fabricators Ipswich Bay Glass Co., Inc., a leading manufacturer of facades has immediate openings for Aluminum and Panel Fabricators at our Rowley, Ma facility. Join the Ipswich Bay Glass Co., Inc. team and help build the facades that shape the skylines of Boston and beyond. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile construction projects designed by world-renowned architects and constructed by some to the industry's leading general contractors.

Requirements :

Mechanically inclined Willingness to learn a skilled trade Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and reliability

Responsibilities :

Work with tools and materials in a fabrication shop Assemble aluminum and glass curtain wall systems Fabricate aluminum panel systems Maintain quality standards and safe work practices What we are looking for : Mechanically inclined individuals - comfortable using tools and working with your hands Individuals with past shop fabrication or field construction experience Individuals with millwork and / or cabinetry shop experience are encouraged to apply Individuals who are reliable and detail-focused Self-motivated individuals who want to learn and advance in the company Recent graduates (high school or trade school) No experience required - we will train you

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range:
