Job Description

Assembler - Entry Level We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join a manufacturing production team. This entry-level position is responsible for assembling headsets, subassemblies, electromechanical components, and other related parts. The ideal candidate has strong hand dexterity, can work carefully with small components, and is comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks while seated at a workbench. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Assemble headsets, electromechanical components, subassemblies, and related parts Use hand tools and production equipment to complete assembly tasks Follow written assembly procedures, specifications, and quality standards Test and visually inspect completed products and components Identify and report production or quality issues Perform minor repairs or rework when needed Maintain consistent quality throughout repetitive production tasks Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Work cooperatively with other members of the production team Requirements Strong hand dexterity and ability to work with small components Excellent attention to detail Ability to perform repetitive assembly work accurately Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to follow written instructions and assembly procedures Ability to remain seated at a workbench for extended periods Ability to visually inspect products, components, and tools Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team No formal education or previous manufacturing experience required Up to one year of manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates looking to begin or continue a career in manufacturing.
