Key Responsibilities Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, blueprints, or specifications. Operate machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently. Inspect assembled products for defects and ensure quality standards are met. Measure, fit, align, and secure components as required. Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or product defects to supervisors. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth production operations. Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
