$18/hourDescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Associate who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for teamwork. What You'll Do in a Typical Day
- Read and interpret mid-level technical drawings (Vario, RCS, LPS, RF, VQ, Uni-portal tables)
- Gather, stage, and organize materials for production
- Identify materials and accurately assemble components per specifications
- Prepare templates and set up jigs for assembly tasks
- Assist the Team Lead with early-stage training of apprentices
- Cut and prepare timber products as outlined in drawings or by direction
- Support productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Safely operate tools and equipment; report any safety concerns immediately
- Operate an overhead crane on standard products (with valid certification, if required)What You'll Need
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Must wear steel-toe boots on-site
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must have a reliable vehicle and transportation
- Crane operation certificate (if applicable)
- Must be able to use a tape measure accurately
