Job Description

We are hiring motivated and reliable Assemblers for a leading manufacturer of building materials located in Frederick, MD . As an Assembler, you will play a key role in the production process, assembling products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble using hand and power tools Read and follow production orders and schematics accurately Measure, cut, and fit components to meet quality and safety standards Inspect completed units for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or carpentry required Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable, punctual, and a team player
