Friday Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cable Assembly Line Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cable assembly, the ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, and a strong understanding of tooling and assembly techniques. This role is crucial in ensuring our products meet high-quality standards and are assembled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and inspect cables according to specifications outlined in mechanical and electrical drawings. Utilize various hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks. Perform quality checks to ensure all cables are assembled to meet or exceed company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues that may arise during the assembly process. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in cable assembly or a related field is preferred. Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings accurately. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly. Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
