Pay:
$18.00-$20.00/hour based on experience and shift We are looking for dependable, hands-on Assembly Carpenters to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building and working with their hands. Previous experience in carpentry, wood framing, construction, assembly, or manufacturing is helpful. If you are comfortable using hand and air tools and have a strong work ethic, we want to talk with you! What You'll Do
  • Assemble and build wood-framed products and components
  • Measure, position, fit, and fasten materials according to specifications
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic/air tools
  • Read measurements and follow basic work instructions
  • Inspect completed assemblies for quality
  • Work on your feet throughout the shift
  • Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area Experience We're Looking For Experience in any of the following is a plus:
  • Carpentry
  • Wood framing
  • Construction
  • Assembly
  • Manufacturing
  • Hand and power tools
  • Pneumatic/air tools
  • Measuring and basic shop math Schedule 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Overtime available on Saturdays 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 4:00 PM-2:30 AM Overtime available Friday and Saturday Requirements
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working with hand, power, and pneumatic tools
  • Rubber-soled, ankle-height work boots required; tennis shoes are not permitted
  • Must comply with all facility safety, PPE, grooming, and dress-code requirements
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Outdoor and non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of required pre-employment screening, including background check and drug testing
