We are seeking a detailed oriented, dependable individual whose primary responsibilities would be packing product. The desired candidate will have a fabrication skillset and be willing to learn new ones. Knowledge of work methods, techniques, materials, and tools used in metal fabrication is required. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. The Fabricator will be responsible for interpreting schematics, performing welding tasks, and utilizing various tools and equipment to fabricate metal parts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Sandblasting, assembly, cleaning, painting using an automotive type paint gun Hydro pressure testing on all vessels Packaging and preparing vessels for shipment Ability to use hand tools, fabrication and metal forming tools. Ability to work well with others, work independently, and meet deadlines. Responsibilities Operate a variety of tools including micrometers, rigging equipment, press brake machines, and power tools Fabricate metal parts according to specifications Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy Skills Proficient in basic math for measurements and calculations Familiarity with operating micrometers for precise measurements Knowledge of using rigging equipment for material handling Competency in operating press brake machines and power tools
