Key Responsibilities Assemble various types of material handling equipment using hand tools and measuring devices. Read and follow assembly instructions and blueprints accurately. Inspect components and finished products for quality assurance. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Participate in on-the-job training and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills Needed Basic proficiency with hand tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, drills). Ability to consistently and accurately use a tape measure. Strong attention to detail and quality. Effective communication and teamwork. Dependability and punctuality. Knowledge Required Understanding of mechanical assembly processes. Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment. Basic math and measurement skills. Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus. Ability to Implement Follow written and verbal instructions with precision. Apply learned techniques from training to daily tasks. Adapt to changing production needs and work efficiently. Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to grow within the role.
