Assembler | Holland, MI | Weekly pay Job Description Perform basic assembly and machine loading of material for printed circuit board technology. Engage in basic set-up and operation of automated solder machines that adhere to quality standards. Responsibilities Demonstrate basic assembly ability with Through-Hole Pin Connectors. Utilize computer literacy skills to set-up and operate automated equipment. Recognize and interpret customer prints, documentation, work instructions, and materials. Apply enhanced IPC inspection knowledge for part placements, solder inspection reflow, and through-hole. Inspect for Printed Circuit Board/Component damage and conduct Final Assembly Inspection. Handle PB & PB-Free PCA with care. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills General labor skills. Soldering experience is beneficial. Basic computer literacy. Additional Skills & Qualifications GED or Diploma required. Experience in Manufacturing or Production is preferred. Ability to stand for 8+ hours straight. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr.
