Job Description

Position Overview Title:
Assembly Technician Pay:
$19-$22/hour (based on experience) + eligibility for bonus
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (minimal overtime)

People-first, start-up mentality, clean and quiet workshop, work-life balance Job Responsibilities Assemble sub-assemblies using hand tools Follow instructions and bill of materials for final assembly Test units for quality and standards Clean, box, and palletize products for shipment Track work orders in ERP system Work in electronic/wire harness assembly and shipping Perform quality checks and support continuous improvement Maintain a safe and organized workspace
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Ability to take direction and feedback Operate hand tools (drill, screwdriver, etc.) Stand for long periods; lift up to 30 lbs with assistance Detail-oriented, steady-paced work ethic Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset Recognize and address quality issues
Preferred:
