Contribute to low‑volume, highly technical builds: off‑road tactical military, autonomous/self‑driving, and electric vehicles. Learn cutting‑edge techniques daily; full‑time employment opportunities may be available to the right candidates. What you'll do Assemble vehicle components by following clear, written procedures. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Use mechanical aptitude to solve problems and keep quality high. Stay organized, detail‑focused, and communicative with your team. Pitch in for overtime/weekend work when production needs it. You bring 1 year of recent, hands‑on assembly experience in an automotive manufacturing setting. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be a US citizen. Foundational knowledge of automotive systems; mechanically inclined. Ability to read, understand, and execute written instructions. Strong attendance and reliability; solid verbal and written communication. Bonus points Automotive mechanic or co‑op background. Experience with automotive electrical systems.
