Responsibilities:

Assemble automotive plastic parts and components Perform plastic injection molding operations Operate production lines while maintaining safety and quality standards Perform quality checks on assigned orders to ensure accuracy and customer specifications are met Use a buffing wheel to correct minor imperfections on parts according to customer standards Learn and work in different areas of the production process as needed Follow all workplace safety procedures and production guidelines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Meet production and quality expectations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

Manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds Ability to perform repetitive bending, lifting, and standing Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable and punctual attendance Reliable transportation Ability to work effectively in a team environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen Ambient Recruiting - an entirely employee-owned company - is the largest independent employer in West Michigan.
