Overview Join our team as a Seamstress/Sewer and bring your craftsmanship to the forefront of manufacturing! In this vital role, you will be responsible for creating and repairing fabric products by sewing fabric covers tailored for boats, pontoons and heavy equipment. You will help ensure our clients receive reliable, expertly crafted covers that stand up to the toughest conditions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in designing, sewing and fitting custom covers within an evironment dedicated to excellence. Duties Cut, sew, and assemble fabric components using industrial sewing machines with precision and attention to detail produce custom marine fabric products Operate sewing machines efficiently while maintaining quality standards Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring they meet durability requirements Maintain a clean and organized workspace Wait on customers, answer the phone, misc. shop upkeep duties Skills Strong sewing skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality finishes on all products Excellent manual dexterity combined with good organizational skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
