Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive-parts manufacturing team as an Assembly Line Worker, where your energy and precision will drive the production of high-quality automotive products. In this role, you will be an essential part of a fast-paced factory environment, contributing to efficient assembly processes and ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times. This is a growing plastics manufacturer with openings on 2nd and 3rd shift and applicants at all levels of experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided. Responsibilities Operate assembly line machinery and equipment with accuracy and efficiency to assemble components according to technical specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and interpret technical drawings to perform mechanical assembly tasks. Conduct manual handling of materials, heavy lifting, and moving parts safely within the manufacturing facility. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to safety standards in production environments. Assist with warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, and inventory management using forklifts when certified. Follow manufacturing management protocols to ensure quality control and process consistency throughout shifts. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors for prompt resolution. Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is appreciated but not needed. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely for extended periods. Certification in forklift operation is a plus; candidates without certification will be considered for training opportunities. Good physical stamina, manual dexterity, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Pay:
