Schedule:

Enjoy a 4-day work week, 10-hours a day (Monday-Thursday 6:00am and 4:30pm). Additional hours may be required during busier times What You Will be

Doing:

Perform all tasks involved in the production of assembling parts, inspection, and operating hand and power tools. Follow standard work instructions and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Employees may work in other departments in production as needs require. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Performs assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools Must have basic computer skills Clock in and out of work orders Ability to read work orders and work instructions Complete proper paperwork daily Place finished goods in the designated locations Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues Maintain a clean and safe work area Performs other related duties and assignments as required All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production Other duties as assigned including training others on known processes

Packaging Responsibilities/Duties:

Consistently inspect each product and package to ensure that all products meet the company quality standards Place finished goods on the designated pallet Package different types of manifolds and/or 3-packs into boxes, plastic packaging, or clam shells Operate electric winder to wind hoses before packaging Print bar codes and labels Label packages and boxes for shipping Complete required paperwork and documentation Ability to use and be exposed to Locktite, alcohol, oil, WD40 and O-ring grease Require using some machinery: Heat sealing machine, drill press and electric winder

What You Will Bring:

Required:

Perform different functions using both hand and power tools Ability to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as needed Computer skills to perform clocking in and out as well as clocking in work orders Ability to effectively communicate orally or in written form with co-workers cross-functionally Proficiency in reading and writing in English Highly organized, self-motivated and can work independently Must be highly self-motivated, work with minimal supervision and be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Will have a thorough knowledge of all manufacturing methods, techniques, and related equipment.

Planning:

ability to think ahead and plan over a 30-day time span, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:
