Job Description
Lead Equipment Assembler $20-$30 per Hour 850 State Hwy 55, Brooten, Minnesota Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Precision Manufacturing is looking for a lead equipment assembler to join our team in Brooten. Experienced equipment assemblers and mechanically skilled candidates are also encouraged to apply. This is a full-time, day-shift position paying $20-$30 per hour based on experience and ability. We build complete specialty equipment, including Brown Bear tractors and Arrow Hammer equipment. This is not repetitive assembly-line work. The position involves taking equipment and major assemblies from parts through completion, working from prints and build information, and using mechanical experience to solve fit-up and assembly issues. Work may include assembling frames and mechanical components, installing engines and driveline parts, routing hydraulic hoses, installing electrical components, adjusting moving parts, and preparing completed equipment for testing. The lead assembler will help organize the work, make sure the correct parts are available, maintain quality, and assist other assemblers when questions or problems arise. Applicants should have good general mechanical ability, experience using hand and power tools, and the ability to read prints, take measurements, and assemble equipment accurately. Experience with machinery, farm or construction equipment, hydraulics, wiring, engines, drivetrains, fabrication, or equipment repair would be valuable. We will train the right mechanically experienced candidate on our specific equipment.
