Electro-Mechanical Assemblers 1st

Shift:

7AM-3:30PM Pay $20.00/hr Join a state-of-the-art production operations team as a medical device assembler, building bedside monitoring equipment used in hospital rooms. You will assemble electro-mechanical components, perform testing on sub-assemblies, and ensure products meet strict quality and documentation standards in a collaborative, process-driven environment.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience doing Electronic or Mechanical Assembly. Previous assembly experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Previous testing experience on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Mechanical aptitude, such as enjoying building or assembling items independently. Knowledge of and ability to use hand tools safely and effectively. Computer proficiency, including the ability to follow SOPs and instructions in MS Word. Demonstrated ability to follow manufacturing processes and apply problem-solving skills when issues arise. Ability to maintain accurate documentation, including recording traceability information on routers and transacting materials online. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support positive interpersonal relationships. Physical ability to lift and package assemblies or medical device assemblies up to 45 lbs. Work Environment The facility is state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled, and well maintained, providing a clean, comfortable, and professional production environment. You will work on a production floor using hand tools, computer systems for data entry and SOP review, and equipment for testing and packaging medical device assemblies. The environment is team-oriented, with cross-training across multiple assembly stations and a focus on safety, quality, and collaboration!
