Job Description
Manufacturing Assembler - Hugo, MN Join a fast‑growing, year‑round manufacturing team building high‑quality structural components for Minnesota's premier construction projects. If you enjoy hands‑on work, teamwork, and a stable schedule with overtime available, this role is a great fit. What You'll Do Build walls, floors, trusses, stairs, and other components in a production environment Use hand and power tools including tape measures, nail guns, saws, and table saws Work with a small team (3-4 people) to keep production lines moving Meet daily production goals while maintaining strong safety and quality standards Lift materials up to 75 lbs occasionally Follow established safety programs and protocols What You Bring Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/8" (must pass tape measure test) 3+ months experience with nail guns and saws Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑based production environment Willing to work 50 hours per week and lift up to 75 lbs occasionally Nice to Have Framing or construction experience Blueprint reading Mechanical aptitude or general labor experience Experience with rough carpentry, trusses, or commercial construction Why You'll Love Working Here Year‑round, stable work with consistent overtime Strong promote‑from‑within culture Highly organized, safety‑focused environment Excellent benefits: medical, dental, PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) match Over 40 years of proven growth and industry leadership Work Environment Clean, spacious, temperature‑controlled manufacturing shop Prefabrication of trusses and wall panels for field construction teams Small team stations (3-4 people) Multiple buildings depending on product line

5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Mon-Fri), 50 hours/week + optional Saturday OT 2ndShift:
4:30 PM - 4:30 AM (Mon-Thurs), 48 hours/week + optional Friday OT Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Forest Lake, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
