B&M Fabrications provides custom accessories for UTV, Snowmobiles, as well as private label manufacturing. We are located in East Bethel, MN. Our company has been in business for over 17 years, and we are seeking a qualified Welder and Fabricator for our growing business. Specifically, we seek an energetic, self starting, reliable individual who has the following abilities:

• Proficient with TIG Aluminum, Tig Steel, and Quality MIG Steel.
• Read and understand blueprints
• Measure and cut materials to specifications
• Experience with aluminum and steel
• Ability to make quality parts is critical!
• CAD experience a plus - Our Working Hours are Monday Through Thursday 7 AM to 4 PM, Friday 7 AM to 11AM We are a well-run shop and have high expectations for quality.

We use a variety of equipment (tube bending, cutting, laser cutting, welders, press brake, etc.) to make our product. We offer creative fixturing to assist with proper setup and techniques and welcome opinions of someone who can offer additional viewpoints. The qualified person for this role will be versatile, not only in welding, but all other needs within the business.
