Job Description

What You'll Do As a Hydraulic Assembler, you'll help build high-quality hydraulic hose and tubing assemblies used by customers across a variety of industries. This is a hands-on production role where attention to detail matters and your work directly impacts the finished product.
Responsibilities Include:
Assemble hoses, tubing, fittings, and related components into finished products Operate equipment, including crimpers, swagers, metal stampers, and cutters Read and follow basic engineering drawings and work instructions Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers and plug gauges Track materials used in production and report scrap accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Set up your workstation and select the tools needed for each job Assist with routine maintenance of equipment as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn Qualifications Ability to read blueprints/prints and take accurate measurements Comfortable using calipers, hand tools, and measuring equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math skills Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to stand for most of the shift (approximately 90%) Manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful - but we're willing to train the right candidate Why MFC? Pay:
$15.50 - $16.00 per hour
