Job Description

ASSEMBLERS NEEDED
in our wood manufacturing shop. JL Schwieters Construction/Building Supply Inc. is looking to hire reliable, hardworking, safe-minded Assemblers for its Manufacturing Facilities. The Production Assemblers are an invaluable part of the team ensuring production quotas are met while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. The Production Assembler's strict attention to detail is what puts everything together. Work in an open, bright, airy, and clean production atmosphere. What will you be doing? Basically, you are framing under a roof. You will be working in a manufacturing setting, on your feet, building walls, floors, trusses, stairs, etc. You will be using basic tools, hand powered tools, table saws, tape measure, nail guns, and other miscellaneous shop tools.   • 3:00AM Monday
  • Thursday 2nd Shift 4:30PM
  • 4:30AM Monday-Thursday We would like to see candidates with Truss or Panel Assembly experience but are open to candidates with wall/floor assembly experience as well as candidates with framing experience. We are willing to train the right candidates who can do the following:
  • Ability to follow instructions from blueprints and drawings
  • Ability to use a nail gun
  • Read a tape measure
  • Highly motivated
  • Thrives in Production Environments
  • Great attendance Wages start at $18.
00 per hour plus shift differential.
