JOB TITLE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform general assembly steps such as labeling, taping, masking, coating, assembly of components to boards, and other hand and machine operations Cut board assemblies out of panels using side cutters or other depanelizing equipment Use pliers, cutters, and small hand tools for various steps in board assembly Assemble circuit boards into finished products All other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Self-motivated as well as the ability to work well with others General knowledge of electronic components Strong attention to detail Interpretation of drawings specifications and instructions Good communication skills General computer skills Ability to use small hand tools Willingness to cross-train into different positions as needed Must be able to work in a seated position for up to 8 hours per day Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and criminal background check Must be able to meet all physical requirements as outlined in this position description Must follow all company policies outlined in the EI Microcircuits Employee Handbook of Personnel Policies Complete all orientation and training needs as written in policy EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent Trained in
IPC-A-610
