Shift:

Mon•Thu | 6:00 AM•4:30 PM | $18.90/hr 3rd

Shift:

Mon•Thu | 7:30 PM•6:00 AM | $20.40/hr Job Responsibilities Under the guidance of a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for the precision assembly of finished products:

Blueprint Reading:

Gather routing sheets, specifications, and fixtures to prepare for assembly.

Mechanical Assembly:

Fasten parts using bolts, screws, clips, and a variety of precision hand tools.

Testing & Inspection:

Inspect products for defects prior to packaging; ensure all units meet ISO procedures .

Kitting & Packaging:

Assemble parts into repair kits/switches and coordinate with the shipping department.

Documentation:

Learn and maintain accurate production and time records via basic computer entry.

Candidate Requirements Skills & Abilities:

Technical Reading:

Ability to interpret Engineering prints, drawings , safety rules, and work instructions.

Communication:

Clear verbal and written English skills to coordinate with shop personnel and shipping clerks.

Safety Mindset:

Strict adherence to ISO procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience:

1-3 months of related assembly/training experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude.

Equipment:

Must have Steel Toe Boots/Shoes .
