- What You'll Do Day-to-Day
- You'll play a key role in the assembly process, ensuring products meet exacting standards: + Perform basic assembly tasks involving connectors and molded components + Clean and prepare parts to meet strict quality requirements + Handle small components with accuracy and care, requiring steady hands and strong attention to detail + Follow safety procedures when working with and around chemicals + Maintain a clean and organized workstation + Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals •What You Bring to the Table•
Required Qualifications:
- + High school diploma or equivalent + Strong manual dexterity and excellent visual acuity + Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality + Comfortable working in a seated position for extended periods, with occasional standing, reaching, twisting, and stooping + Ability to work safely with and around chemicals + Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills and a results-driven attitude •
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Previous experience in assembly or electronics manufacturing + Familiarity with handling small components or precision parts + Experience working in fast-paced production environments
