We manufacture high‑performance chiller units for data centers and custom cooling systems, and we're looking for motivated assemblers who want to be part of a fast‑moving, supportive team. What You'll Do Assemble chiller units using a variety of hand and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Assist with shop tasks such as sweeping, shrink wrapping, and general cleanup to keep production flowing Work closely with other team members to maintain an efficient, organized workspace Gain exposure to mechanical assembly, HVAC sheet metal work, and electrical wiring Expand your skill set as you grow—advancement opportunities are built into the role What You Bring 1-2 years of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience Ability to use hand tools and follow technical drawings Experience with HVAC sheet metal or electrical wiring is a plus A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork mindset Why You'll Love Working Here This isn't your typical shop environment.
