We pay monthly commissions to all non-contract employees (that's almost everyone) based upon company profits and productivity. It's an unusual and much-appreciated benefit for our team members. Commission for assemblers can be 10-15% of base wage, adding the potential of several dollars an hour extra to your pay. We know that happy, well-paid employees serve our customers in the best possible ways. Our factory is located on Cheshire Lane in Plymouth, MN near 394/494. We run a 10 hour shift, Monday to Thursday, from 5am - 3:30pm. If you are interested in this position, please apply today. Responsibilities Assemble components on the assembly line according to specifications and quality standards. Utilize hand tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and productivity. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Capable of working independently or with others. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Drug screen and background check is required.
