Partners Personnel has partnered with a global leader in medical device manufacturing to hire Production Assemblers for a long-term opportunity in Plymouth, MN. Whether you have manufacturing experience or are looking to start a new career, we provide paid training to help you succeed.

Plymouth, MN 55447 •All training is conducted on first shift. Candidates must be flexible to attend training regardless of their assigned shift.•
Job Responsibilities:
Assemble high-quality medical devices in a clean room environment while meeting strict quality and safety standards. Assemble, repair, test, solder, and inspect medical devices, including pacemakers, catheters, ICDs, and related components. Utilize microscopes and precision tools such as tweezers, cutters, and soldering equipment to perform detailed assembly and repair work. Perform mechanical assembly, coating, bonding, packaging, and final inspection of medical devices and accessories. Troubleshoot equipment, process issues, and product defects by examining components, identifying root causes, and performing corrective repairs. Maintain accurate production records and ensure all job documentation, procedures, and clean room operations remain current and compliant.
Requirements:
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required Must be available to attend a 4-day, onsite training in Minnetonka, MN (Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM) at the start of the assignment, regardless of assigned shift or work location Ability to successfully pass a knowledge based evaluation is required

$18.25•$19.25 per hour
