The Associate Fabricator will have on the job training as well as formal O&P Training i.e., LMS and other training provided by leadership. Through this training you will be expected to maintain tools, equipment, materials, and following work instructions per device in your work area. Perform fabrication of orthotic and/or prosthetic devices, according to Company quality and quantity standards. May assist or perform in ordering and receiving and other inventory tasks as assigned. Maintain 5s to ensure for a safe, clean and orderly work environment. Adhere to all safety regulations and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. Adhere to all HIPPA and other regulatory compliance training issued by Hanger, Inc.
