Production Assembler Job Description We are seeking a detail‑oriented individuals to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves assembling, inspecting, and handling small components while following work orders displayed on a computer screen. Key Responsibilities Read and follow step‑by‑step instructions on a computer screen Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met Communicate issues, defects, or discrepancies to supervisors Qualifications Basic computer skills and comfort navigating on‑screen work orders Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
