09/02/2026 Job Description Job Description About IntelliFeed We design and build high-speed pouch feeding systems for major brands worldwide, when other automation solutions fail, ours work. For over 30 years, we've been solving complex packaging challenges for the cosmetics, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Everything we build is manufactured right here in our Rosemount facility. The Role This is a First Shift position we're looking for mechanically-minded people who want to build a career in advanced manufacturing. If you're good with your hands, enjoy figuring out how things work, and want to learn real skills that matter, this is a great opportunity. You'll be building the machines that automate production lines around the world. We'll train you, no prior manufacturing experience required, just a willingness to learn and a mechanical aptitude. What You'll Do- Assemble industrial packaging machines using hand and power tools
- Read technical drawings and specs to build machines correctly
- Perform initial testing to ensure machines meet specifications before shipping
- Work alongside experienced technicians and engineers who'll teach you the trade
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as you develop your skills What We're Looking For
- Mechanically inclined, you've taken things apart, fixed stuff, or worked with tools
- Able to read and follow instructions
- Reliable and detail-oriented (our machines have to work perfectly)
- Willing to learn new skills and take on more responsibility over time
- No degree required, we care about your attitude and aptitude, not credentials
- No prior experience needed, we will provide all training for the job. What You Get
- $22-28/hour depending on experience, with regular performance-based raises
- Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (no weekends, consistent schedule)
- Overtime available if you want it (but never required)
