Clean Room Assembler M - F 6am - 8:30pm $18/hr Job Description The Clean Room Assembler performs small-part assembly of medical nasal strip products used during surgery to vacuum and remove blood. This role works in a clean room environment, following strict cleanliness and documentation standards while assembling, packaging, and labeling medical components using small hand tools. Responsibilities Assemble small medical nasal strip products according to established procedures and quality standards. Use small hand tools such as tweezers, pliers, and screwdrivers to perform precise assembly of components. Perform simple packaging and labeling of finished products to ensure accurate identification and traceability. Complete required medical documentation accurately and legibly for each batch or product assembled. Follow all clean room protocols, including gowning procedures and the use of required personal protective equipment. Inspect components and finished products for defects, ensuring high quality and consistency. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the clean room environment. Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to report issues, ask questions, and support smooth production flow. Stand for 6-8 hours per day while performing assembly, labeling, and inspection tasks. Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines related to medical device assembly. Essential Skills Strong hand dexterity to handle and assemble small parts accurately. Excellent attention to detail for inspection, assembly, labeling, and documentation. Ability to read and speak English fluently to follow written instructions and communicate with the team. Comfort working in a clean room environment with specific cleanliness and attire requirements. Ability to stand for 6-8 hours per day while performing repetitive assembly and inspection tasks. Effective communication skills to work collaboratively in a small team environment. Comfort performing labeling, inspection, and basic documentation writing tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
