Success With:

High school diploma or GED Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Previous assembly experience preferred Customer-oriented and works well with teams. Excellent Attendance Mechanical aptitude is a plus Detail orientated Work is repetitive in nature

What You'll Be Hands-On With:

Assembles fabricated parts into small subassemblies and/or complete units. Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners using appropriate tools. Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials to assemble fans. Uses hand tools and small power tools to assemble units.
