Requirements Previous manufacturing, glazing, construction, carpentry, or assembly experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and work instructions Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Experience using hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and reliable attendance Ability to stand for the entire shift, except scheduled breaks Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. independently and heavier items with assistance Must pass a 7-year background check Sturdy closed-toe shoes or boots, work pants, and work shirt required Job Duties Read blueprints and work orders to assemble commercial window units Install and align glass within window frames Apply sealants, glazing tape, gaskets, and related materials Measure materials and verify proper glass placement and alignment Inspect finished products for quality, proper sealing, and damage Use hand tools, power tools, chop saws, and tape measures safely Move and handle glass and window components throughout the production process Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist in other production departments as needed Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
