Job Description

Join Us as an Assembler at Potter Global Technologies! As an Assembler, you will play a vital role on our manufacturing team, supporting the build of Potter Global Technologies products from individual components through final assembly. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, values precision, and understands the importance of producing high-quality assemblies that meet industry standards. If you enjoy working with parts and components, maintaining quality excellence, and contributing to reliable, mission-critical products, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to make an impact. What You'll Do Increase consistency in operations through the ability to read and follow written instructions from an operation manual when assembling products Use hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters and power tools to craft Potter Global Technologies products Complete packing operations by packaging parts into cartons and taping boxes using auto tape dispensers Serve as a partner to the Quality Control Team by ensuring all standard operating procedures and work instructions are followed Actively create a safe and secure work environment through adhering to all company safety measures Contribute to a collaborative environment by proactively resolving conflicts and being a supportive team member Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to accept feedback in an effort to increase performance and product quality Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones Key Strengths & Skills Ability to conduct repetitive movements of lightweight parts (up to 10 pounds/part) Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Able to interact with others in a respectful and collaborative manner. Adequately read and follow written instructions from an operation manual.
