QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous
SOLDERING
experience Active or expired IPC certificate Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to read basic drawings, work instructions, and specifications after training. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Position Summary The Production Assembler performs hands-on assembly of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and related products in accordance with customer specifications, work instructions, drawings, and our client's quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, dependability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a production team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and related products according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications. Perform tasks such as wire cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, terminating, routing, tying, labeling, and connector assembly as required. Operate hand tools, production equipment, and machinery safely and correctly. Inspect work throughout the assembly process to ensure quality requirements are met. Identify and report defects, damaged materials, equipment issues, or other quality concerns. Maintain required production and quality documentation. Meet established productivity, quality, and efficiency expectations. Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work cooperatively with team members, leads, supervisors, Quality, Engineering, and other departments. Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
