Your day starts with engineering drawings and specifications, moves through hands-on assembly and testing, and finishes with documentation that keeps our quality world-class. What you'll handle Assemble and verify complex mechanical subassemblies and full systems to exact specifications and engineering prints. Run functional tests, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and top performance. Partner with engineers and fellow technicians to refine build processes and influence product improvements. Coach and develop junior technicians by sharing best practices and hands-on know-how. Capture clear, complete build steps, measurements, and quality records. Champion safety, keeping tools, work cells, and materials organized and secure. Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and reduce waste. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical diploma/certification in mechanical assembly is preferred. 5+ years of mechanical assembly experience, ideally with sophisticated or multi-component systems. Deep knowledge of mechanical concepts, hand and power tools, and assembly methods. Fluency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. Sharp troubleshooting instincts and meticulous attention to detail. Self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team setting. Clear communicator with a positive, solutions-first mindset.
