Operations Assembler II

• Assemble, align, and adjust high‑precision optical and micro‑mechanical components
• Inspect instruments for product issues, document findings and correct prior to shipment.
• Perform detailed, hands‑on work to ensure best‑in‑class microscope quality
• Provide technical support via phone and email for customer inquiries.
• Support shipping/receiving and put away materials received for assembly
• Work in an ISO‑regulated manufacturing environment
• Disassemble and package completed microscopes for global shipment
• Be a team player and support other team members, creating a safe, clean and enjoyable work environment. What You Bring
• 3-5 years of assembly experience, ideally with integrated or precision components
• Strong fine motor skills and attention to detail
• Experience with micro components, optics, or medical devices preferred
• Capability to assemble scopes per defined tact times
• Self‑motivated, hands‑on, and quality‑focused
• Ability to become certified on forklift (training provided) Why Seiler Medical
