Redneck Outdoor Products in Lamar, MO is looking for full-time manufacturing workers to join their team and help build high-quality fiberglass hunting blinds.

Responsibilities:

Rolling out chemical resin-covered fiberglass mats Throwing chemical resin onto fiberglass mats Gel coating molds Foam spraying & painting inside blinds Sanding fiberglass parts Building and assembling parts of fiberglass blinds Final assembly and detail work on each blind

Ability to work while standing, stooping, squatting, and bending Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Must pass a drug test Attention to detail to perform all tasks precisely and safely Dependable and able to meet daily scheduling needs Monday through Friday, 1st shift, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Some Saturday work may be required, if scheduled High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Driver's license (strongly preferred) Fiberglass experience and/or closed mold fiberglass experience a plus!
