Job Description

Assembler - Full-Time Day Shift Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing position with a consistent schedule and opportunities to grow your skills Penmac Staffing is hiring Assemblers for a leading boat manufacturing facility in Lebanon, MO. This full-time position involves assembling aluminum boats and components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay:
$18.68 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time, Day Shift Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Overtime on Fridays as needed Requirements Ability to understand and follow detailed written and verbal instructions Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to perform precise hand movements and repetitive tasks Must work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and move throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Comfortable working in a loud production environment and temperatures that may exceed 100°F Ability to safely enter and exit boats during the assembly process Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Responsibilities Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production instructions Assemble boat components and products according to specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment to complete assembly tasks Inspect parts and completed products to ensure quality standards are met Identify and report material defects or assembly issues to supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Clean and maintain tools and equipment used during production Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards Cross-train in other production areas as needed Work overtime when required to support production demands If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with your hands, this could be a great opportunity to join a successful manufacturing team.
