Job Summary:

Under general supervision, is responsible for performing assembly and wiring of subassemblies and various housings.

Job description:

Receives production order, reviews assembly sample or work instructions to determine assembly procedures Performs Electrical and Mechanical assembly of subassemblies, control panels and modules. Uses Hand tools and power hand tools to perform assembly tasks. Use of hand tools may include items such as pliers, wire cutters, wire strippers, screwdrivers wrenches, soldering iron, crimps, electrical drills etc. Performs mechanical assembly of small parts or subassemblies according to prescribed procedures. Review production order list to ensure adequate supply of materials at work area. Requirements Minimum one year of electrical mechanical assembly and wiring in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to build/assemble units to prints, work instructions and 3d samples.
